I just wanted to express a massive thank you. We had a fabulous time! Everything was absolutely awesome - every hotel, ticket, etc., all completely streamlined without any issues. We are looking to go back next year around the same time, so I will be in touch with dates (very similar to the ones this year).

I am lost for words to tell you how much we appreciate all your efforts to help us.
John and I are fully aware your time spent and your weekend you gave up to get us on that plane. The situation was changing by the hour.
Oslo was like a ghost town. It was very hard to make decisions quickly but once bookings started to either change or cancel, the decision to come home was easy.
We met a couple at the airport who arrived trying to change their ticket from Saturday flying to Melbourne. They had come off the Hurtigruten and had said even then they were not allowed off the ship at all to visit the ports. I think the cruise line could maybe have posted their intentions earlier if for the whole week previously they were restricting the cruise. The couple also said they had rung and emailed their travel agent in Melbourne for help but because it was the weekend, absolutely no response at all. So we had great pleasure in sprouting we had the best travel agent ever and we shall be sprouting to our friends and relatives and whoever else will listen (including my daughter) the pros of booking through you.
Once again thanks so much. We will pop in and see you when this two week hiatus is over.

While normally we undertake self-guided travel, we opted to join the Carine Travel Bug tour of India and we are very glad we did! India is a fascinating but also confronting country. The tour allowed us to immerse ourselves in the culture and visit far-flung historical and religious sights in comfort and with peace of mind. The sector on the Luxury Palace on Wheels train was very enjoyable with all our requirements, on-board and off, met quickly and effortlessly. The additional days in Varanasi and Mumbai took us out of the "cocoon" of the train and allowed us to deep-dive into these cities. We really only scratched the surface of India in our 12 days there, so certainly there is much more yet to see. We would strongly recommend that you put India on your 'wish-list' and when you are ready to go, speak to Sue and her team at Carine Travel Bug on the options you have.

Just a quick email of thanks to Maureen. Your idea of travelling with Garuda was a good idea. Much better than Jetstar and Virgin and the added bonus was we flew when the two Australian airlines didn’t as Garuda flew in Indonesian military air space to go around the ash. The Australian airlines can’t do that or so I was told! The flight was an extra hour but no big deal!
We also got the executive suite at the Dynasty which was great for the kids and overlooked the pool.
Many friends had massive problems that we didn’t have and while we got a bit lucky we appreciate your help and advice with the great holiday we had.

I am writing the review of our holidays in Turkey, as we drive out of Istanbul on our way to Gallipoli. We have loved our time Turkey - the people have been very kind & welcoming.
Due to the low tourist numbers we have certainly been spoilt, often we have been the only ones on tour so have had our own private tour guide! Everything has gone smoothly - even the ferry to Fethiye went on the day as planned - we actually travelled on a hydrofoil.
Sadly our Cappadocia balloon ride was cancelled yesterday due to the wind, but our day tour in Cappadocia was absolutely fantastic! It was a full day from 9:30 - 6:30 and we saw everything. There were only 4 others with us that day.
We have been very impressed with the services and tour guides provided by Global Travel and wondered whether you could possibly pass on this feedback. We will certainly be encouraging our friends to visit this amazing country.
Can't believe we are almost at the end of our wonderful holiday! I recommend the holidays in Turkey. Thank you for all your efforts to make it so special.
